Merve Şenel ( b. 1995), lives and works in Istanbul. Şenel graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Painting Department of Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts. During this period, she lived in Bilbao and Milan and took courses in painting, printmaking techniques, design, and art history at the Universidad del Pais Vasco and the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera.

 

She is currently pursuing a thesis-based master's degree in the Painting Department at Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts. In her artistic practice, Şenel explores the dynamic harmony of color and movement as an emotional expression, offering viewers an engaging aesthetic experience. Her 2024 work titled Celebration is a powerful reflection of this approach.
