Hüseyin Aksoy (b. 1995) was born in Mardin , Turkey. He graduated from the Painting Department of Marmara University’s Faculty of Fine Arts. He participated in the 19th International Architecture Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia, “Grounded” Türkiye Pavilion,Venice/ ITALY (2025)He participated in the 7th International Exhibition Mardin Biennale Türkiye (2026) He participated in the 8th term of the SAHA Studio residency program,İstanbul,Türkiye (2024)Konserve residency program,Izmir Türkiye (2024) Istanbul Biennial’s Research and Work Program.(2022) He lives and works in his studio in Istanbul. In his artistic practice, draws inspiration from archaeology, memory, and mythology, combining different media such as painting, video, and installation. In my works, I seek to render visible the memory embedded in spaces while reflecting on the fragile boundaries between past and present.
